Job Summary
Collect bagged trash and cardboard recycling from apartment doorsteps and transport it to the on-site compactor. Walk apartment communities, climb stairs, and work outdoors within a local area without long-distance driving or off-site dumping. Use the mobile app to check in, track work, and take photos as needed. This role involves consistent evening shifts from Sunday to Thursday, typically 10–15+ hours per week, with pay rates of $20–$23 per hour. Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Smartphone with a data plan to download and use our work app
- Willingness to receive SMS/text communications throughout the pre-employment process and employment
- Authorized to work in the U.S. (proof required)
- Ability to work independently and follow a consistent routine
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation
- Auto insurance
- Lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Ability to walk long distances
