Job Summary
Collect bagged trash and cardboard from apartment doorsteps and transport it to the on-site compactor. Walk apartment communities, climb stairs, and work outdoors to ensure residents' trash is removed by morning. Use the mobile app to check in, track your work, and take photos as needed. This role requires lifting up to 50 lbs, walking long distances, and working independently in various weather conditions. You must be 18 or older, hold a valid driver's license with reliable transportation, and have a smartphone for app access. The position offers a consistent evening schedule from Sunday to Thursday, with pay rates of $20–$25 per hour and daily payment options.
Required Qualifications

- Willingness to receive SMS/text communications throughout the pre-employment process and employment
- Authorized to work in the U.S. (proof required)
- Ability to work independently and follow a consistent routine
- Valid driver's license
