Job Summary
Collect bagged trash and cardboard from apartment doorsteps, transporting items to on-site compactors while walking communities and climbing stairs. Use the mobile app to check in, track shifts, and document work with photos. Service multiple nearby apartment communities within the same local area without long-distance driving or off-site dumping. Work outdoors in various weather conditions, lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs. Earn $19–$21 per hour on a consistent Sunday–Thursday evening schedule of 10–15+ hours weekly, with daily pay available. No weekends required.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Smartphone with a data plan to download and use our work app
- Willingness to receive SMS/text communications throughout the pre-employment process and employment
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Ability to work independently and follow a consistent routine
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation
- Auto insurance
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Ability to walk long distances
- Ability to climb multiple flights of stairs
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
