Job Summary
Collect bagged trash and cardboard from apartment doorsteps and transport it to on-site compactors using an open-bed pickup truck or a tow vehicle with a utility trailer. Service one or more nearby apartment communities during evening shifts, walking long distances, climbing stairs, and working outdoors in various weather conditions. Use the mobile app to check in, track work, and take photos as required. This role offers consistent evening hours, typically 10–15+ hours per week from Sunday to Thursday starting after 7:00 or 8:00 PM, with pay rates of $17.50 per hour for truck owners or $15.50 for those with a trailer. Required Qualifications
- Own either (1) an open-bed pickup truck or (2) a vehicle paired with an open utility trailer used for the job
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation
- Active auto insurance for the vehicle being used
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Smartphone with a data plan to download and use our work app
- Willingness to receive SMS/text communications throughout the pre-employment process and employment, including updates, scheduling, and work-related information
- Authorized to work in the U.S. (proof required)
- Ability to work independently and follow a consistent routine
- Lift and carry up to 50 lbs
