Job Summary
Collect bagged trash and cardboard from apartment doorsteps and transport it to the on-site compactor, walking communities and climbing stairs to service nearby locations. Use the mobile app to check in, track work, and take photos as needed. Work outdoors in various weather conditions, lifting up to 50 lbs, with no long-distance driving or bulk item collection. Earn $19–$23 per hour on a consistent evening schedule of 10–15+ hours per week, typically Sunday–Thursday after 7:00 or 8:00 PM. Requires a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and a smartphone with data.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Smartphone with a data plan to download and use our work app
- Willingness to receive SMS/text communications throughout the pre-employment process and employment
- Authorized to work in the U.S. (proof required)
- Ability to work independently and follow a consistent routine
- Valid driver's license
