Job Summary
Collect bagged trash and cardboard from apartment doorsteps and transport it to the on-site compactor, walking communities and climbing stairs to service one or more nearby areas within your local zone. Use the mobile app to check in, track your work, and take photos as needed. No long-distance driving or bulk item collection is required. This role involves consistent evening shifts, typically 10–15+ hours per week from Sunday through Thursday, starting at 8:00 AM. You must be 18 or older, hold a valid driver's license, and have a smartphone with data access. Physical requirements include lifting up to 50 lbs and working outdoors in various weather conditions.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- Smartphone with a data plan to download and use our work app
- Willingness to receive SMS/text communications throughout the pre-employment process and employment
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Ability to work independently and follow a consistent routine
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation
