Job Summary
Greet customers and accept donations at retail centers/ADC, unload donations from vehicles, inspect items for quality, sort items into appropriate bins or for shipment, and assist with loading donations onto trucks. Maintain a safe, clean environment for customers and staff, operate at remote donation centers, and support other departments as needed. Requires working weekends, outdoor work in all weather, and strong customer service skills.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred
- 1 year of retail experience preferred
- Ability to work in various weather conditions
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Basic computer skills
- Effective English communication
- Ability to lift heavy objects (dolly, pallet jack)
