Sort and price donated goods including clothing, shoes, and furniture using standardized processes and pricing software. Identify acceptable items for the sales floor, ensure products are clean, and place unsaleable items in designated bins. Hang saleable clothing appropriately and recognize products suited for E-commerce. Process products by following established guidelines and reaching units produced per hour and sales per labor hour goals.
Required Qualifications
- Knowledge of general arithmetic (adding/subtracting)
- Basic ability to read and write in English
- Ability to understand English
- Ability to perform routine work, adapting to change related to workflow
- Ability to maintain self-control and work in cooperation with co-workers
- Ability to coordinate hand-eye-foot movement to quickly manipulate and handle items

- Normal or corrected talking, hearing, and seeing abilities
