Job Summary
Contract/part-time group clinician to facilitate Domestic Violence and Anger Management psychoeducational groups referred by courts. Responsibilities include leading 26-week Conflict Solutions Groups with a maximum of 12 members, delivering education on topics such as power and control, anger management, communication, healthy relationships, and substance use; administering group homework; completing brief group notes; undergoing training with supervision from clinical staff; and communicating with the courts regarding client progress and data collection. Separate groups exist for male and female perpetrators with specialized manuals. Training and supervision provided. Location: Akron, OH. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a human services field or active pursuit of a master's degree in counseling or social work
- CDCA or LCDC licensure welcome (licensure preferred)
