Job Summary
Deliver exceptional customer service by educating guests on products and making personalized recommendations. Process transactions accurately using POS systems while preparing and packaging both online and in-store orders. Assist with inventory, merchandising, stocking, and maintaining an organized sales floor. Verify customer documentation and maintain accurate records while staying current on promotions, products, and industry regulations. This role requires 21+ years of age and 1+ year of retail, sales, or customer service experience. Flexible availability is needed for weekday, evening, and weekend shifts up to 30 hours per week.
