Job Summary
Assign and schedule vehicles and drivers for efficient passenger transportation while performing clerical tasks such as typing, filing, and basic mathematical calculations. Serve as the primary contact on the phone, assisting clients with general information, resolving issues related to missing, misrouted, or delayed routes, and maintaining accurate client records. Requires proficiency in Microsoft Office, map reading for written and oral directions, and strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills. High school diploma or GED required; two years of customer service experience preferred. Competitive pay of $17 per hour with a $.50 increase after 90 days.
