Job Summary
Provide hands-on caregiving and daily living support for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, including meal preparation, hygiene assistance, and community participation. Build positive relationships to help clients achieve personal goals, use adaptive tools for communication, and encourage independence through skill development. Monitor health and safety, complete required documentation, and maintain consistent contact with case managers and families. Perform ongoing training and professional development while working flexible part-time hours between 7:30 AM and 7:30 PM. Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- Valid driver's license, current automotive insurance, and reliable transportation
