Job Summary
Assist individuals with developmental disabilities with activities of daily living while collaborating with families, advocates, and community partners to promote full citizenship. Build supportive relationships by recognizing self-determination and encouraging continuous growth within diverse communities. Drive or travel within the local community as a passenger for supported individuals. Complete a short survey and video interview, followed by a realistic job preview and meeting with the hiring manager. This role offers flexible schedules and various locations, with tuition reimbursement and career development opportunities available.
Required Qualifications
- Satisfactory Vulnerable Sector Police Check
- A valid Sask. Full Class 5 or Sask. Novice 2 driver's license and access to reliable transportation
- Satisfactory Driver's Abstract
Desired Qualifications
- 3-6 Months Experience (volunteer or employment)
- Developmental Services Worker, Child and Youth Worker, or post-secondary education in a related field
