Job Summary
Direct Support Professional providing support and supervision to individuals with disabilities. Responsibilities include establishing and maintaining community relationships, assisting with daily routines (household tasks, cooking and eating, self-care, socializing, leisure time), health and safety, money management, and behavior management; administer medications; provide transportation; document services and events using an online program. Must be 18+, with a preferred high school diploma and one year of relevant experience; valid driver’s license with insured vehicle and clean driving record; pass DHS background check; flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, and overnights; travel to community settings; non-exempt position with benefits and training in Brooklyn Park. Required Qualifications
- Be 18 years or older

- One year of experience delivering services to individuals with disabilities
- Possess a valid driver’s license
