Job Summary
Assist consumers in becoming fully included in the community, enhance their self-image and skills development, and maximize their independence in life. Provide support within the Adult Day Program or Community Living Arrangement, ensuring individuals reach their goals and experience meaningful memories. Work alongside compassionate staff to help people with intellectual and developmental disabilities live full, self-determined lives. Candidates must be reliable with a valid driver's license and complete required background screenings.
Required Qualifications

- valid state-issued driver's license
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- ability to work in a drug-free workplace setting
- successful completion of required background screenings
- minimum age of 18
- submitting to and passing a pre-employment medical examination, including Tuberculin testing and controlled substance screening
