Job Summary
Provide direct support and daily activities for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in community-based residences, fostering independence and personal growth. Assist individuals in reaching their highest potential while maintaining a stable, supportive environment. Work weekends and evenings as required, offering compassionate care to residents across Bancroft's network of facilities. This role supports a team of 3,000 employees dedicated to improving lives through meaningful purpose and lasting bonds.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability and willingness to work weekends
- Must be 18 years of age
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of six months related work experience OR Bachelor's degree or current enrollment in a degree program in Psychology, Social Work, or related field
- Must be able to effectively lead and coach others
- Strong attention to detail
- Must be available for weekend shifts
- Valid driver's license

Desired Qualifications
