Engage, supervise, and guide teens ages 12-17 at Hope Harbor with emphasis on life skills, social skills, daily living, and Christian mentorship and faith development. Provide care for up to six girls during afternoon, evening, and overnight shifts on weekdays and weekends, adhering to a part-time schedule of under 32 hours weekly or full-time options. Receive comprehensive, fully paid training including job shadowing within a positive, encouraging Christian work environment.
