Job Summary
Assemble patient trays according to appropriate diets and serve residents. Perform dishwashing duties, wash pots and pans, and clean work areas including floor care. Put away stock following safety guidelines and set up for special functions. Demonstrate proper use, care, and maintenance of all dietary equipment and supplies while observing sanitary techniques. Maintain knowledge of applicable Federal, State, and Local laws and regulations. This part-time role at Big Meadows Nursing Home supports the Dietary family with daily food service and kitchen maintenance tasks.
Required Qualifications
