Part-Time Dialysis Nurse

Job Summary
Provide direct hemodialysis care, including assessments, medication administration, and patient education on renal health and self-care. Supervise dialysis technicians by delegating tasks, monitoring performance, and ensuring compliance with clinical standards and state/federal regulations. Monitor patient responses to treatment, adjust care plans as needed, and maintain accurate electronic medical records while collaborating with physicians to coordinate continuity of care. Requires a current RN license, one year of nursing experience, and three months of dialysis experience. Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing
- Current State appropriate or Compact RN License
- Minimum of one (1) year of nursing experience in any practice area
- Minimum of three (3) months of Dialysis experience
- BLS Provider certification
- Successful completion of the Ishihara Color Blindness Test
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
- Strong focus and attention to detail
