Job Summary
Provide dental services to patients with support from a team of hygienists and assistants while adhering to government regulations and company compliance standards. Participate in morning huddles to plan daily activities, highlight customer focus, and foster collaboration. Serve a patient base primarily aged 3-21 across multiple locations in Massachusetts, including Brockton, Chelsea, Fall River, and New Bedford. Maintain the highest integrity by following all state insurance protocols and utilizing DentaPro software with digital x-ray and panorex units. Earn a guaranteed daily rate of $900 during the ramp period or a percentage of collections, with additional weekly compensation for traveling between offices. All travel expenses, including hotel, mileage, and meals, are covered. Join a team dedicated to creating over a million smiles annually in a compassionate environment focused on underserved families.
Required Qualifications
- DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
- Current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligible for licensure
- Other certifications as required - CPR, DEA, etc.
- Nitrous Oxide certification (only LA, MS, DC, TX, MA)
