Job Summary
Part-Time Traveling Associate Dentist needed to provide dental services across multiple MA offices with a team-based approach. Travel to partner offices (Lawrence, Brockton, Chelsea, Fall River, New Bedford) is required. Responsibilities include delivering high-quality dental care to pediatric and adult patients, maintaining compliance with government regulations and company standards, and collaborating with a designated team (1 hygienist, 1 hygiene assistant, 2 dental assistants per provider). Qualifications include DDS/DMD from an accredited program, current license to practice dentistry, CPR/DEA as required, and Nitrous Oxide certification in applicable states. The role offers a guaranteed daily rate during ramp (900/day) or percentage of collections, company-paid malpractice insurance, 401(k) with company match, CE reimbursements, and visa/green card sponsorship availability. The position is part-time with travel between MA offices and supports work-life balance with multiple scheduling options.
Required Qualifications
- DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
- Current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligible for licensure
- Nitrous Oxide certification (if applicable in state)
- CPR certification
- DEA registration (as required)
- Willing and able to travel to listed locations
- Experience with traveling/locum dentistry is a plus
- Experience with pediatric and adult patient populations
- Knowledge of OSHA and HIPAA standards
- Ability to work with a team in multiple office locations
- Licensure in MA (and other stated locations as applicable)
- ADA/AAPD memberships or reimbursements are a plus
- Visa or Green Card sponsorship available for eligible candidates
