Job Summary
Provide dental services to patients supported by a team of hygienists and assistants using DentaPro software, digital x-ray units, and fiber-optic handpieces. Manage an average daily flow of 10-12 operative and 20-25 hygiene patients across a mix of state insurance, PPO, and out-of-network payors. Participate in morning huddles to plan the day, recognize team achievements, and promote positive company image. The role serves a patient base primarily aged 3-21 with up to 30% adults, requiring current licensure in the state of practice. Full-time providers may access medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k), and continuing education reimbursements.
Required Qualifications
- DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
- Current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligible for licensure
- Love working with kids (they make up 70% or more of our patient base)
- Compassion and a strong desire to provide dental care to both children and adults
