Job Summary
Provide dental services to patients ages 3–21 and up to 30% adult population using DentaPro software, digital x-rays, and fiber-optic handpieces. Manage office flow averaging 10–12 operative and 20–25 hygiene patients with a team ratio of one hygienist, one hygiene assistant, and two dental assistants per provider. Participate in morning huddles to plan the day, highlight customer focus, and foster collaboration. Complete yearly OSHA, HIPAA, and Emergency Management training. Part-time schedule with multiple options to maintain work-life balance.
Required Qualifications
- DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation", "Current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligible for licensure
