Job Summary
Conduct dental services for patients aged 3–21 and adults using DentaPro software, digital x-rays, and Panorex units within a team ratio of one hygienist, one hygiene assistant, and two dental assistants per provider. Manage an average daily flow of 10–12 operative and 20–25 hygiene patients across state insurance, PPO, and out-of-network payors. Participate in morning huddles, plan daily schedules, and promote a positive company image. Requires a DDS/DMD from an accredited program, a valid state license, and willingness to travel to Newport News, VA.
Required Qualifications
- DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
- Current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligible for licensure
- Willing and available to travel to the following locations: 14346 Warwick Blvd, Newport News, VA 23602
