Job Summary
Provide dental services to patients, primarily ages 3–21, supported by one hygienist, one hygiene assistant, and two dental assistants using DentaPro software, digital x-ray, and fiber-optic handpieces. Manage an office flow averaging 10–12 operative and 20–25 hygiene patients daily across state insurance, PPO, and out-of-network payors. Participate in morning huddles to plan the day and highlight team collaboration, while completing yearly OSHA, HIPAA, and Emergency Management training. This part-time role covers Fridays and Saturdays only for a team creating over a million smiles annually.
Required Qualifications
- DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
- Current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligible for licensure
- Compassion and a strong desire to provide dental care to both children and adults
- This opportunity is for Friday's and Saturday's only
