Job Summary
Provide dental services to patients supported by a team of hygienists, assistants, and DentaPro software, managing an average flow of 10-12 operative and 20-25 hygiene patients daily. Utilize digital x-ray, Panorex units, and fiber-optic handpieces while adhering to OSHA, HIPAA, and Emergency Management training requirements. Participate in morning huddles to foster collaboration and highlight customer focus, while maintaining a ratio of one hygienist, one hygiene assistant, and two dental assistants per provider. Work flexible schedules including Fridays, Saturdays, or both, serving a patient base primarily aged 3-21 with up to 30% adults.
Required Qualifications
- DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
- Current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligible for licensure
