Job Summary
Provide dental services to patients supported by a team of hygienists and dental assistants using DentaPro software, digital x-ray units, and fiber-optic handpieces. Manage an office flow averaging 10-12 operative and 20-25 hygiene patients daily, primarily serving a patient base aged 3-21 with a 30% adult population. Participate in morning huddles to plan the day, highlight customer focus examples, and foster team collaboration. Complete yearly OSHA, HIPAA, and Emergency Management training while earning continuing education reimbursements. Work Thursday, Friday, and Saturday schedules with multiple options to maintain work-life balance.
Required Qualifications
- DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
- Current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligible for licensure
- Thursday, Friday and Saturday
