Job Summary
Provide dental services to patients supported by a team of hygienists and assistants using DentaPro software and digital imaging units. Manage an average daily flow of 10-12 operative and 20-25 hygiene patients, primarily serving children ages 3-21 with a focus on creating memorable experiences. Participate in morning huddles to plan the day, recognize team strengths, and promote company values. Maintain a healthy work-life balance through flexible scheduling while working Fridays and Saturdays. Earn a guaranteed $900 daily rate during the ramp period or a percentage of collections.
Required Qualifications
- DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
- Current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligible for licensure
- Compassion and a strong desire to provide dental care to both children and adults
- Willing and able to work Fridays and Saturdays
