Job Summary
Provide dental services to patients supported by a team of hygienists and assistants, utilizing DentaPro software, digital x-ray units, and fiber-optic handpieces. Manage an office flow averaging 10-12 operative patients and 20-25 hygiene patients, primarily serving children ages 3-21 with a focus on creating memorable experiences. Participate in morning huddles to plan the day, highlight customer focus, and collaborate on meeting goals. Maintain a valid state license and complete yearly OSHA, HIPAA, and Emergency Management training. Work flexible schedules including Fridays and Saturdays with a guaranteed $900 daily rate during the ramp period.
Required Qualifications
- DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
- Current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligible for licensure
- Compassion and a strong desire to provide dental care to both children and adults
- Willing and able to work Fridays and Saturdays
