Job Summary
Provide dental services to patients using DentaPro software, digital x-ray units, and fiber-optic handpieces while supporting a team ratio of one hygienist, one hygiene assistant, and two dental assistants. Manage an average daily flow of 10–12 operative and 20–25 hygiene patients, primarily serving children ages 3–21 with a 30% adult population mix. Participate in morning huddles to plan the day and highlight customer focus, collaboration, and goal achievements. Maintain compliance through yearly OSHA, HIPAA, and Emergency Management training. The role offers multiple schedule options, paid holidays, continuing education reimbursements, and a sign-on bonus. VISA and Green Card sponsorship are available.
Required Qualifications
- DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
- Current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligible for licensure
- Willing and available to travel to the following locations
