Part-Time Dental Patient Access Representative

Dental Clinic Receptionist providing front-office support: schedule appointments per dental protocols, triage patients, prepare daily staff schedules, ensure patients are advised of sliding fee scale, collect data for billing, assist patients with forms, perform cashiering, answer calls, remind patients of appointments and payments, maintain accurate dental files and reports, fax/copy dental records, and follow up on no-shows. Must have high school diploma or GED; prior dental reception experience preferred. Part-time (~24 hours/week) with hours Mon-Wed 7:30 AM–5 PM and potential late-terminations as needed; starting pay $16.50/hour.
