Job Summary
Perform routine dental cleanings, scaling, and polishing for patients of all ages while conducting thorough oral health assessments including periodontal charting and screenings. Take and review dental X-rays in compliance with safety standards, educate patients on oral hygiene techniques, and document records accurately. Collaborate with the dentist to develop treatment plans and maintain sterilization protocols per OSHA guidelines. Requires an active Utah RDH license, CPR/BLS certification, and experience with prophylaxis and periodontal therapy. Flexible part-time schedule available in West Valley City, UT.
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in the state of Utah
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Experience with dental hygiene procedures including prophylaxis and periodontal therapy
- Ability to work a flexible part-time schedule
