Job Summary
Unbox, count, and organize products in appropriate areas around the shop while utilizing the daily inventory log to record product movement. Monitor inventory levels in key pharmacy areas, restock as needed, and alert management when stock runs low. Assist pharmacy agents with inventory questions, use MJ Freeway to manage online menu availability, and verify item IDs and batch numbers during vendor deliveries. Prepare for end-of-month counts by counting all shop product and reporting to the state. Maintain a clean, organized inventory room by reducing clutter and consolidating items. Perform other assigned duties as directed by management. This role requires standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 lbs, and working weekends and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to stand for long periods, crouch, bend, and carry up to 50lbs
- Strong communication skills
- Basic computer skills
- Good teamwork mentality: able to build trustworthy and supportive working relationships
- Strong logical thinking, analytical skills, and problem solving skills
- Flexibility and ability to adjust to a start-up environment that is fast paced and constantly changing
- High school diploma or greater
- Must be 21 years of age
- Must be able to work every weekend (Friday and Saturday) and some holidays
- Employment is contingent on passing a pre-employment/post-offer background check
