Job Summary
Load, transport, and deliver items to guests or businesses in a timely manner. Review orders before delivery to ensure they are complete and accurate. Load and unload items into your vehicle safely to prevent product damage. Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and handling guest complaints. Adhere to assigned routes and time schedules while maintaining a safe driving record. Collaborate with the dispatching team to resolve issues regarding order accuracy, wrong addresses, or gate codes. Train new drivers on loading procedures, the OnFleet app, and ride-alongs. Complete training courses to build product knowledge and stay updated on promotions. Assist in-store between delivery runs. This role offers a starting rate of $15/hour plus mileage reimbursement, with W2 status and benefits for drivers working 40 hours or more.
