Greet customers and employees professionally while maintaining a clean, organized work environment. Prepare and stock deli and bakery items, monitor product temperatures, and ensure proper product rotation. Keep sales areas, backrooms, and coolers sanitized and safe, reporting any risks or illegal activity immediately. Assist the department manager in meeting gross profit, shrink, and sales goals while upholding Renfroe's mission statement. This part-time role requires standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 pounds, and performing physical tasks like bending and pushing.
