Job Summary
Part-time 1:1 pediatric home health nursing (RN or LPN) caring for a 15-year-old with a G-tube in the home. Flexible 2–3 days per week (Tue–Fri 4p–9p, with occasional Mondays or weekends). Training in ventilator, trach, and G-tube care provided; 24/7 team support; meaningful, family-centered care in home setting. Opportunity for sign-on bonus for full-time night coverage and shift differentials.
Required Qualifications
- RN or LPN license
- Pediatric home health care experience preferred
- 1:1 patient care
- Ventilator, trach, and G-tube care training provided
- Willingness to learn and provide care at home
