Job Summary
Develop and maintain a structured daily routine while providing personal care assistance and protective oversight to individuals with developmental disabilities. Advocate for their rights and collaborate to assess strengths, fostering independence and meaningful community involvement through activities like swimming. Accurately collect and record required data, complete billing documentation, and maintain safe, clean environments including vehicles. Participate in team meetings and adhere to all Springbrook policies and state regulations. Requires high school diploma, ability to lift 50 lbs, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Professional verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in or knowledge of using a variety of computer software and e-mail applications, especially Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word
- Aptitude to learn other computer software as necessary
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. independently
- Ability to assist in lifting weights exceeding 50 lbs.
- Ability to meet the requirements to drive Springbrook vehicles
- Ability to perform all physical interventions
