Part-time Day Field Manager for Cleaning Company

Oversee cleaning staff across multiple facilities by managing supervisors, leads, and cleaners to ensure all daily activities meet company guidelines. Conduct regular scheduled inspections, maintain quality control systems, and complete job orientations for new start-up accounts. Train new staff members, nurture team growth, and communicate issues to proper channels while maintaining individual account budgets. Work side by side with staff to reinforce expectations, assist the Operations Director with supply ordering, and help strategize cleaning approaches for new areas. Report any policy violations or concerns that could harm the company. Requires one to three years of janitorial leadership experience, valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and ability to travel to multiple facilities during the same shift.
