Job Summary
Part-Time Daily Living Support role providing care to adults with severe and persistent mental illness in clients' homes and surrounding communities. MHRT1 supervision and therapeutic support are provided to help clients achieve independence. Responsibilities include providing individualized support in clients’ homes, transporting clients in your own vehicle, and maintaining daily session notes; training is available. Requires 1 year of relevant experience, a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and insurance; HS diploma or equivalent is required. Required Qualifications
- 1-year of experience working with adults with severe, and persistent mental illness
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Active motor vehicle insurance & registration
- Clean driving record and background check
- High school diploma or equivalent
