Part-Time Daily Living Support (DLS)

Provide individualized support to adult clients within their personal homes and surrounding communities, focusing on helping individuals with severe and persistent mental illness achieve maximum independence. Safely transport clients using a personal, reliable vehicle while maintaining a clean driving record and active insurance. Manage daily session notes and electronic documents via smartphone applications and email, utilizing available training for these digital tools. Support clients through therapeutic interventions while maintaining a patient, trusting, and communicative demeanor. This role requires one year of experience working with adults facing severe mental illness, a valid driver's license, and a background check.
