Job Summary
Provide individualized support to adult clients with severe and persistent mental illness within their personal homes and surrounding communities. Safely transport clients using your own reliable vehicle while maintaining daily session notes via email and smartphone applications. Assist clients in achieving the highest level of independence through patient, trusting, and innovative therapeutic support. This role requires one year of experience working with adults with severe mental illness, a valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and active motor vehicle insurance. Weekly direct deposit and mileage reimbursement are available.
