Job Summary
Provide individualized support to adult clients within their personal homes and surrounding communities. Safely transport clients using a personal, reliable vehicle. Maintain electronic documents, including daily session notes, via smartphone applications and email. This role offers supervision and therapeutic support for individuals with severe and persistent mental illness to help them achieve independence. You will work in Lewiston, Maine, with access to a 24/7 support team.
Required Qualifications
- 1-year of experience working with adults with severe, and persistent mental illness
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation
- Clean driving record
- Background check
- Active motor vehicle insurance
- Motor vehicle registration
- High school diploma or equivalent
