Job Summary
Customer Success Manager for Spacewise PropTech SaaS in Zurich. Own a portfolio of accounts, drive platform adoption, lead pilots with key accounts, onboard new clients, deliver product demonstrations and trainings, manage invoicing-related issues, identify upsell opportunities, and provide proactive support to tenants and landlords to sustain high customer satisfaction. Role involves data-driven optimization of operations and collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance service quality as the customer base scales; bilingual requirements include native German with fluency in English (French a plus). Hybrid remote with Zurich-based office. Responsibilities emphasize account management, onboarding, demos, trainings, invoicing, debt collection/refunds, client expansion, and continuous improvement of customer service.
