Job Summary
Conduct foreign exchange transactions and cash handling with high accuracy while serving customers at The Sawgrass Mills Mall branch. Maintain a positive, professional attitude and deliver consistently high-quality service in a high-volume tourist area. Utilize strong listening and verbal communication skills to identify and create tailored foreign exchange solutions for clients. Work independently with basic computer knowledge, applying problem-solving capabilities to optimize work processes. Maintain availability for weekday evenings, weekends, and holidays year-round to support the team's success.
