Job Summary
Conduct foreign exchange transactions and cash handling with high accuracy while serving customers at the ICON Park location in Orlando. Deliver personalized service and maintain a positive, professional attitude to represent the company in high-traffic tourist areas. Utilize strong listening and verbal communication skills to resolve inquiries and provide competitive rates across various settlement options. Manage daily operations independently with basic computer knowledge and problem-solving capabilities. Work approximately 12-20 hours per week, including weekends, holidays, and some weekday availability, year-round.
