Job Summary
Part-Time Customer Service Specialist provides high-quality in-person and remote (phone/email/online) interactions with prospective and current Tulsa Tech students to guide program selection, enrollment information, and FERPA-compliant service. Responsibilities include conveying enrollment information for part-time and full-time courses, processing short-term enrollments, handling district funds per policy, collaborating with Career Advisement, Admissions, Financial Aid, Bursar, Registrar, and Book processing services using CRM, Enrole, and Colleague, responding to inquiries via multiple channels, and supporting information/enrollment services administration. The role supports two shifts (11:00am–3:00pm and 3:00pm–7:00pm), requires a high school diploma or equivalent (associates preferred), and three years of frontline customer service experience; bilingual skills are a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Three years of experience in front-line customer service within a service organization
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associates degree preferred
- Proficiency with database design and usage
- Ability to conduct internet research using search engines
- Bilingual preferred
