Job Summary
Provide on-site customer service and storage unit management across multiple properties, assess storage needs for customers, and assist with selling packing and moving supplies. Responsibilities include daily storage unit inspections, auditing cash drawers, handling payments and reminder calls, and coordinating with customers to maintain inventory availability. Must have a valid driver’s license and own vehicle for travel between properties; capable of lifting up to 35 pounds and spending up to 50% of time in outdoor environments, including stairs and outdoor areas. Experience in customer service-focused sales environments (retail, restaurant, or service-based) is preferred.
