Part Time Customer Service Representative

Handle incoming calls, greet callers, provide and request required information, transfer calls, or take messages as necessary. Work on a state-of-the-art call processing system with training on call center tools to prioritize customer needs. Maintain punctuality and dependable attendance; emphasize strong attention to detail in written notes. Prior customer service experience is a bonus but not required.
