Job Summary
Part Time Customer Service Representative needed to deliver superior member-focused service at Planet Fitness facilities. Responsibilities include answering phones with an information script, greeting and signing up new members, tours of facilities, logging amenities, addressing member questions and concerns professionally, processing beverage or merchandise purchases via POS, promoting fitness instruction classes (PE@PF) to current and prospective members, and maintaining a clean, sanitized club environment. Requires customer service experience, a high school diploma or GED equivalent (preferred), ability to lift up to 75 lbs, basic computer proficiency, and availability weeknights and weekends.
