Job Summary
Build customer confidence and trust by performing transactions in a professional manner. Receives checks and cash for deposit, verifies amounts, examines checks for endorsements, enters customer transactions into the computer to record activity and issue receipts, and balances currency, coin, and checks in the cash drawer by comparing totals with the computer screen. Requires knowledge of banking products and the ability to multi-task while working 15-20 hours per week, including every Saturday. Flexible scheduling is based on branch needs.
Required Qualifications
- The willingness and ability to consistently deliver exceptional customer service
- Ability to listen actively in order to identify customer needs and/or concerns
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Availability to work 15-20 hours per week, including every Saturday. Flexible scheduling based on branch needs
Desired Qualifications
- Customer service and cash-handling experience is preferred
- Has knowledge of banking products
